Transmission torrent server script7/4/2023 My torrent server is a VM with Workstation Player 16, running Ubuntu 20.04 off of an SSD. At which point they mark themselves as done. They continue to download at a few kbps and sit at 99 until I force a re-check. Once the service is stopped, let’s organize our torrents folders, First let’s create the needed directories: $ mkdir -verbose -p /srv/torrent/ should NOT end with, Otherwise, it will cause issues with your configurations. Regardless of torrent client (tried qbittorrent, deluge, transmission) my torrents have stopped finishing on their own. To run this script at an interval, add this to your crontab. See the '-watch-dir' option of transmission-daemon. Functionality of this script has been implemented in libtransmission which makes this script obsolete.
